What is the difference between the "Active" and "Closed" sections in bot chat?

The "Active" section in bot chat displays all ongoing conversations that the bot is currently handling, allowing you to monitor and manage them in real time. In contrast, the "Closed" section contains conversations that have been resolved or ended, providing a record of past interactions. Active chats are still open for follow-up or escalation, whereas closed chats can be archived or revisited for review. This distinction helps keep your bot’s workflow organized by separating ongoing engagements from those that no longer require attention. You can easily switch between the two sections as needed.
